Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Aptitude Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aptitude training and a passion for helping students and professionals enhance their problem-solving and analytical skills. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs that cater to various learning styles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive aptitude training programs tailored to different audiences.
• Conduct training sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and data interpretation.
• Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their performance.
• Create and update training materials, including presentations, worksheets, and practice tests.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into training programs.
• Collaborate with academic and career services to support students’ career readiness.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and mock tests.
• Maintain records of student performance and training outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics or a related field.
• Proven experience as an aptitude trainer or similar role, preferably in a coaching institute or educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of aptitude test formats and preparation strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of learners.
• Familiarity with online training tools and platforms is a plus.
• Certification in relevant training methodologies is advantageous.
